Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to be charged the subscription price shown at checkout for each delivery, every 30 days, until you cancel. Your first charge happens at checkout.

How to cancel: You can skip, pause or cancel at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Cancel through the link in your subscription emails or your customer account, or email us at hello@zenovyx.com and we will cancel it for you.

Timing: To stop your next delivery, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been charged take effect from the following renewal. Orders already charged are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
