I take a blood thinner or daily aspirin. Can I use this?
Talk to your doctor first. Nattokinase affects fibrin, the same pathway as warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto and aspirin, so the effects can add up. Also talk to your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder or upcoming surgery, or are pregnant or nursing.
Aren't all nattokinase supplements the same?
